What You Need to Know

As we enter the New Year, we will be introducing a Cancellation and No Show policy designed to ensure a mutually beneficial experience for our clients and our business. This policy dictates that all appointments without a 24-hour notice will incur a 50% cancellation or no-show fee. This policy will be applicable to new customers and all new online bookings, and a credit card will be required to secure your appointment. We believe this policy will not only protect your appointment but also safeguard the interests of our business. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation and are available to address any questions you may have.

Please be courteous to the staff and other clients at The Breeze and make sure you arrive on time for each appointment. If you are more than 10 minutes late, we may have to reschedule your appointment for another time. If you see you are running late, the best thing to do is let us know so we can minimize any disruption to our staff and other customers.
